I posted a separate thread asking for thoughts on Alesis io Hub vs. Roland Duo Capture EX for live performance looping (voice + acoustic instruments via microphone, in a house concert setting). Another option seems to be the Apogee Duet. Significantly more expensive, but I'd go for it if it looked like the right match for my needs.
Does anyone have any experience with Apogee Duet + Loopy in live performance?
And if so, would you be willing to share your setup? I'm trying to figure out exactly what equipment I'm going to need, and it's proving rather ridiculously hard. :-\
(Wish there were a site I could go to to plug in my needs, which would just pop out the various options that would meet them! :) )
